The 24-year-old actress joined showbiz in 2003 after she became the subject of headlines as a teen reunited with a father she had never met, former actor Ross Rival.
It didn't take long before offers came in for Salvador to try acting, with one landing her a role in the primetime series "It Might Be You," which starred Bea Alonzo and John Lloyd Cruz.
Asked to whom she dedicates her 10th year anniversary in showbiz, Salvador said:
To celebrate her first decade in the industry, Salvador is touring in her own concert series, titled "Maja Unveils @ 10," with shows set on June 15 at Metro Gaisano Colon in Cebu, and on June 29 at NCCC Mall in Palawan.

Having started her concert series last April 28, Salvador admitted that her schedule has become more hectic, but added that she draws inspiration from bringing joy to her supporters.
Salvador recently wrapped up work on the primetime series "Ina, Kapatid, Anak," which will air its highly anticipated final episode on Friday during ABS-CBN's Primetime Bida block.
The actress, in her interview with ABS-CBN News, expressed gratitude to viewers who have supported the top-rating series throughout its eight-month run.
Sobrang masaya po kami, sulit ang pagod." she said.
