The four-minute video for "Dahan-Dahan," one of eight tracks off her debut CD "Believe," premiered March 29, Saturday on music channel MYX and was released online March 30, Monday by producer Ivory Music & Videos.
Dubbed local showbiz's "Dance Princess," Salvador is seen dancing in the rain in the latter part of the music video, which also features "Pinoy Big Brother" alumnus Carlo Romero.
"Believe," which was released last week, was earlier described by Salvador as being inspired by the music of pop stars Jennifer Lopez and Beyonce.
Noting the album does not feature "birit" or songs with soaring notes, Salvador shared that the tracks were tailor-made for her voice.
"Kung ano 'yung kayang ibigay ng boses ko, swinak nila. Kung ano 'yung babagay sa boses ko, iyon 'yung mga kantang binigay nila sa akin," the 25-year-old actress said.
