Angel Locsin and Maja Salvador are both thrilled with how their slapping scene in “The Legal Wife” trailer became a hot topic among TV viewers and netizens. However, Angel confessed that it was difficult for her to do it.
“Sa totoo lang, ang hirap gawin no’n para sa akin kasi little sister ang turing ko kay Maja. At dahil nga medyo mabigat ‘yung kamay ko, iniiwasan ko rin talaga ang mga sampalang eksena.” said Angel, who will play the role of Monica in the story, the wife of Adrian (to be played by Jericho Rosales).
Just like the viewers who felt the ‘power slap’ of Angel, Maja strongly feels that the brave, real-life plot of “The Legal Wife” will get primetime viewers hooked every night.
“Bawat karakter namin dito nina Angel, Jericho at JC (de Vera) ay may kani-kaniyang laban sa buhay. May mali, may tama. Pero siguradong lahat makakarelate dahil lahat tayo, minsan sa buhay natin, ay nagmahal, nasaktan at natutong lumaban.” said Maja, who will give life to the character of Nicole.
“The Legal Wife” gathers some of the country’s best drama actors including Joem Bascon, Ahron Villena, Rio Locsin, Mark Gil, and Christopher de Leon. It is under the direction of Rory Quintos and Dado Lumibao.
