Hello Cuties,
I just bought Maven Magazine September issue and thought it would be really cool to giveaway 3 magazines to Maja Salvador and MAJA SALVADOR ZONE huge fan. How to join the contest? It’s very easy! 1. You must like Maja Salvador Zone on Facebook and and follow our Twitter. Click here and here if you have not already! 2. You must take a photo of you with “I Love MAJASALVADORZONE.TK” on it, and post/upload it on twitter and tweet about it. If you’re shy, you can use your mom/sister/brother's photo. Photo example.. She maybe a Gawad Urian Best Actress, but for Maja Salvador it is not a sign she become choosy when it comes to roles.
“Kung mabigat, maganda, malaki o maliit na project, dapat lahat ng project sana ibigay sa ‘yo dapat [itrato mong] malaki. Dapat ‘yung parang baka last project ko na ito, dapat ibigay ko na lahat.” she explained. Her acting awards are her tools in order to motivate her and to be better. What is important for Maja is that she is able to convince and portray her character well. “Hindi naman choosy [sa roles], kumbaga sana ‘yung tatanggapin ko ‘yung alam kong di ko awkward na gagawin, ‘yung hindi pilit, ‘yung alam kong kakayanin kong magawa yung karakter na naibigay sa akin.”she related. And like any other professional, she is not limiting herself. “Hangga’t kaya at kailangan kong ibigay, hangga’t kailangan ng script, ng storya at ‘yun ang mas magpapaganda sa kwento, ibibigay ko.” Over a month since she confirmed the end of her relationship with actor Matteo Guidicelli, Kapamilya actress Maja Salvador said she is "open" to entertaining suitors anew.
"Ngayon wala pa [namang nanliligaw]. Kung mayroon naman, magiging open ako. Hindi ko naman ipagdadamot 'yun," Salvador told reporters on Friday, on the sidelines of her pictorial for the upcoming drama series "Ina, Kapatid, Anak." In early August, Salvador confirmed that she is indeed "single" after reports surfaced of her supposed rift with Guidicelli. The actress' "tweets" on heartbreak on micro-blogging site Twitter only fueled speculations that their relationship has come to an end. For his part, Guidicelli has also confirmed their breakup, but maintained that he and Salvador remains good friends. "I'm very okay being single," Salvador said, adding in jest, "Being single talaga -- eh nakakaganda lalo. Kasi pag committed ka kasi 'di ba, may mga hindi ka nagagawang bagay-bagay." "Ngayon mas nakakapag-me-time, mas na de-date ko 'yung sarili ko na ako lang," she added. The first trailer of the upcoming drama series “Ina, Kapatid, Anak” has been released last week. Released online via video sharing site YouTube, the full trailer prominently shows different kinds of footwear which are indicative of the characters current state in life.
Announced in May, the Kapamilya soap will feature shoes as a central theme. According to actor Enchong Dee, who stars in the series, the principal characters are involved in the shoe industry, which will also be the source of the story’s conflict. Actress Maja Salvador, in an earlier interview, likened her character and that of actress Kim Chiu to shoes: “Kung si Kim, tsinelas na parang kahit sobrang sira na, 'yung aayusin at aayusin basta masuot lang, ako maire-relate ko 'yung character sa isang mamahaling sapatos na sobrang kumikinang pero laging nasa kahon lang.” Dubbed as 2012's much awaited teleserye, the soap also stars Xian Lim, Janice de Belen, Cherry Pie Picache, Ariel Rivera, Pilar Pilapil, Ronaldo Valdez, Eddie Gutierrez, Rayver Cruz and Jayson Gainza. Directed by Don Cuaresma and Jojo Saguin, “Ina, Kapatid, Anak” is expected for prime time airing later this year. |
